INVITATION TO BID

March 4, 2008

The Paxton-Buckley-Loda Community Unit School District No. 10 is seeking prospective bids for four (4) used wooden utility sheds and a Grasshopper cab/snowblower.

All bids must be completed on a Bid Tab, which can either be downloaded from the District’s website at www.pblunit10.com or may be picked up at the District’s administration office. All bids must be sealed and received at the Paxton-Buckley-Loda Community Unit School District No. 10 Administrative Office, Room 208, on or before 1:00 p.m., Friday, April 11, 2008. Bids received after the designated deadline shall not be opened nor considered. Bidders may bid on one or more of the items. Sheds will be designated as Shed 1, Shed 2, Shed 3, and Shed 4, and may be viewed on our website after 3:30 p.m. on Monday, March 3, 2008. Bids shall be opened, recorded, and read aloud in a public meeting to be held at the Paxton-Buckley-Loda Community Unit School District No. 10 Board Room at 1:30 p.m., Friday, April 11, 2008.

Successful bidder(s) will be responsible for removal. Additional information about date of possession will be given to successful bidder(s).
