MINUTES OF THE BUDGET HEARING OF THE PAXTON-BUCKLEY-LODA COMMUNITY UNIT DISTRICT NO. 10 BOARD OF EDUCATION OF FORD, CHAMPAIGN, VERMILION, IROQUOIS, AND LIVINGSTON COUNTIES OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS HELD WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 20, 2006 AT 7:00 P.M. IN THE PAXTON-BUCKLEY-LODA JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL IN PAXTON, ILLINOIS.

President Mike Short called the budget meeting to order at 7:09 p.m.

Upon roll call, the following board members answered present: Dawn Bachtold, David Dowling, Phillip Duling, Jeff Jarboe, Mike Short, Dean Swan, and Shawn Young. .

Others present were Marvin Barger, Andy Bennett, Mike Brehm, Bob Kerns, Stan Daro, Nancy Dewey, Trent Eshleman, Tara Tighe, Scot Vogel, Rob Jamison’s girlfriend, Dave Harber, Cliff McClure, John Rawdin, Lynn Rubarts, Amy Teske, Jeff Graham, Abigail Smith, Marilyn Weber, and Barry Wright.

Al Schweighart and James Shields entered the meeting at 7:04 p.m.

The purpose of the budget hearing was to hold a public hearing on the 2006-2007 final budget for the Paxton-Buckley-Loda Community Unit School District No. 10.

Mr. McClure summarized the final budget by reading the fund balances and noted that a few changes had been made.

Dean Swan moved to adjourn the budget hearing. Shawn Young seconded the motion. Upon roll call, all members present voted aye, there being no nay votes the motion carried.

Meeting adjourned at 7:12 p.m.
