Weekly Mileage
We will update the mileage chart each week so you can watch your progress towards reaching that magic 150 mile mark during the season. Don't forget to report any extra miles you run on your own to Coach Brehm to receive credit. YOU MUST REPORT THE MILEAGE DAILY, AT ROLL CALL. NO MILEAGE WILL BE ACCEPTED FROM THE PREVIOUS WEEK, EXCEPT FOR THE WEEKEND.
If you received a 150 Mile Club T-Shirt last year, then your goal is to become a member of the 300 Mile Club. And if you want to become a charter member of the 450 Mile Club, you'd have to be a current 8th grade team member who was a member of the 150 Mile Club in 6th grade, became a member of the 300 Mile Club in 7th grade, and run another 150 miles in 8th grade.

In order to earn a PBL letter you must have run in the top 10 of our team at least 3 times or place in the top 20 of an invitational.
