4. Select someone to be counter

5. Pass out stats—for conference games only

6. Discuss nominees

7. Vote for nominees—see procedures

8. Tally votes

9. Determine teams

10. Select members for Honorable Mention Team (1 per school)

11. Pass out certificates—

12. Make sure John Overstreet has all ballots and final teams before you leave.

13. Teams will be released when last SVC school is out of state series
