5. Pass out stats—for conference games only

6. Discuss nominees

7. Vote for nominees—see procedures

8. Tally votes

9. Determine teams

10. Select members for Honorable Mention Team (1 per school)

11. Pass out certificates

12. Discuss Tie Breaker and other ideas to share with Athletic Directors and Principals.

13. Make sure John Overstreet has all ballots and final teams before you leave.
