3. The Athletic Directors Discussed future membership in the Sangamon Valley Conference.

4. The Athletic Directors Discussed SVC Track Meet—site, dates/timetables for seeds, workers…

5. Discuss Baseball All Conference Meeting—May 18^th?

6. Sportsmanship Policy—purchase of banners were discussed.

7. Certificates were passed out for Scholastic Bowl

8. Passes for 2009-10 SVC were passed out.

9. Certificates were passed out for All Academic Team

10. The Athletic Directors reviewed the Fall 2009 Schedules--Volleyball & 2009 Football Schedule

11. The Athletic Directors reviewed the 2010 and 2011 football schedules and officials

13. The Athletic Directors reviewed the Spring 2010 softball and baseball schedules. A tentative softball schedule is online, the Athletic Directors were to see how the change would affect current schedules. The Athletic Directors will meet on Wednesday May 13^th to discuss this further.
