Athletic Director’s March 5, 2008 Minutes

1. The Athletic Directors discussed future basketball tournaments. Their recommendations are online (click here)

2. The 2008 SVC Track Meet to be held in Paxton is on Tuesday May 6^th at 2 pm field events, 3 pm prelims. There will be required coach’s meeting at 1:15.  All Seeding of the meet will be done online as in the past.

3. The Athletic Directors reviewed the 2007-08 Spring schedules. They have been updated online.

4. The Athletic Director discussed future volleyball tournaments. The 2008-09 tourney will be held in Paxton. Sites of future tournaments will be discussed at the April meeting.

5. Mr. Duval of St. Joseph-Ogden presented a proposal concerning allowing juniors to play in sophomore games. After discussion, Mr. Duval will ask Mr. Brooks (Principal of St. Joseph-Ogden) to present a formal by-law request to the Principals at their March 12^th meeting.
