Directors reviewed the remaining 2009-10 calendar.

Directors reviewed the 2009-10 Treasurer’s Report.

Directors reviewed the Girl’s and Boy’s Tournament reports.

5. The Athletic Directors discussed trophies for the tourney and reaffirmed the decision to only give a first place trophy.
6. Cost saving methods were discussed for the tourney, including admission prices and officials’ cost.
7. Upon the directive of the Principals the Athletic Directors discussed the moving of the tournaments back to two central sites. The Athletic Directors stated that they would like to leave the tournament at rotating sites for the next couple of years to finish the four year cycle.

Directors discussed the SVC/HOIC All Star game to be held on
9. John Overstreet informed the Athletic Directors that the all conference meeting was Thursday March 4 at Shagbark and that some of the items on this agenda would be discussed.
At that meeting, the coaches agreed to keep the rotation for the next couple of years.
10. Mr. Duval will get more information and set up a possible meeting concerning the online film exchange for football.
11. Spring schedules were reviewed. Please send any updates/changes to John Overstreet.
