Re: Timeline for SVC Boy’s Tournament

Below is a timeline for sending information for the Tournament.

Tuesday January 21^st:

Send overall records, results, comments to John Overstreet by noon. Please send these either in the text of an email (jeo259@hotmail.com) or as an attachment to an email. This will allow me to convert to a web page quicker. Do not fax!

The above information will be posted online (click here) for each coach to view as I receive the information. I will confirm that I received your information.

Thursday January 23^rd:

Each schools seeds (seeding form) are due to John Overstreet by noon. I will compile and post online. PBL and GCMS will be at home for the first two games—this may mean adjusting seeds.

The final seeding/pairings will be posted later that day—more than likely by 3 pm.

Send Rosters to Leonard McKean at CPCI.

Send Pass lists to John Overstreet.

Official’s assignments mailed and posted online.

Saturday February 1^st: 6 games at both Paxton and Gibson City.

Wednesday February 5^th: 2 games at Paxton and Gibson City

Friday February 7^th: 2 games at Paxton

Saturday February 8^th: 4 games at Parkland College, starting at 3:30 pm.
