PBL High School Cross Country

Hope you have had a good summer so far.  If you have not started running, it is time to start.  The more miles you put in this summer, the better shape and better fall you will have.

 

Starting this year, I am going to count mileage towards Mile Clubs for any miles run after July 4th.  Please email (jeo259@hotmail.com) me you miles weekly and I will post them on the internet at the High School Cross Country Web Page:

This page will be active during the week of July 7th.  This page will also link to the 2003 schedule and other information.

 

The first practice will be on Monday August 18th at 9 am at the high school.  This practice will last until 10:30.  Before you can practice you must have a current physical and insurance waiver on file with the office.  If you are not sure if you are current, check during registration.

 

What you do in Cross Country this fall starts now.  The better shape you are in on August 18th, the more success you will have this fall.  PBL again will be hosting the IHSA Sectional and it is always our goal to qualify as many as we can to the meet.
