Awards: Awards will be in the gym or on the football
field if weather permits. Awards/Results
will be announced after results are certified by the Referee/Starter.
Starting Boxes:
Finish Line: We will be using the wide mouth finish—25’
from the narrow part of the chute.

Bus Parking: Please park all buses in the west lot back
row, facing east to west. Other parking in east or west lot.
Gill #: Each runner will be
given a "Gill" number to be safety pinned on at the four
corners. Please use 4 pins on the
"Gill #". (Pins will be in
packets)
Pink/Blue Cards: Each runner
will be given a pink or blue card with a label--the number on this card should
be the same as the Gill #. Please use
the safety pins to attach this card. DO
NOT PIN THRU THE HOLE ON THE NAME CARD! Have this card ready to give the finish
judges at the tent.
Finish Number: Each runner will be given an order of finish
card at the end of the race. This should
be turned in their coach and then into the girls at the T-Shirt stand as soon
as possible after the race.
Barcode scanning: We will be using a barcode scanner to record
results. The name card will have the
barcode on them. If a runner loses
his/her pink or blue card during the race a new card will be made at the finish
using the "Gill #” Make sure that the gill number is attached with the four
safety pins.
Camera: Paxton-Buckley-Loda will provide the official
camera(s) at the finish line. If these fails no other camera will be used!
Camps: On the practice field
south of school or on the pavement by the greenhouse.
No camps inside the fence.
Restrooms: Football Restrooms
inside of the fence or in lobby of the high school. Please stay in main lobby.
T-Shirts: There will be a limited number of Sectional
T-Shirts available for sale at the meet.
The cost will be $14 for short sleeved and $17 for long sleeved. I will have T-Shirts for sale early (practice

1 Mile/2 Mile splits will be
read.
Coaches please help keep the
chute moving by not stopping and talking to runners until they have exited the
chute. There will be an area on either
side of the chute that is for meet officials only!
There will be bottled water for
RUNNERS after they leave the chute.
