Awards: Awards will be in the gym. Awards/Results will be announced after
results are certified by the Referee/Starter.
Finish Line: We will be using the wide mouth finish—25’
from the narrow part of the chute.
Entries: In packets--please check spelling…I will need
the correct information today or it will get sent to the IHSA for the programs
wrong!

Bus Parking: Please park all buses in the north lot by the
new junior high. Other parking in east
or west lot.
Gill #:
Each runner will be given a "Gill" number to be safety pinned on at
the four corners. Please use 4 pins on
the "Gill #". (Pins will be in
packets) Pin this on the front on the
jersey about chest high. Do not pin this
in the bottom tear off tag—that will be removed at the end of the chute by a
Judge.
Camera: Paxton-Buckley-Loda will provide the official
camera(s) at the finish line. If these
fail no other camera will be used!
Camps: On the practice field
south of school, on the grass area by the high school, or on the grass just
south of the front lot. Do not make
camps around the greenhouse or near the actual course.
No camps inside the fence or
on the football field.
Restrooms: Football Restrooms inside
of the fence or in the high school.
T-Shirts: There will be a limited number of Sectional
T-Shirts available for sale at the meet.
The cost will be $18 for long sleeved.

Rules: Please refer to National
Federation Handbook and the IHSA Terms and Conditions or Manual
Maps of Courses: In packet given to each advancing team and
individuals. Extra maps will be
available on the day of the race.
1 Mile/2 Mile splits will be
read—no other splits should be read by coaches…
Coaches please help keep the
chute moving by not stopping and talking to runners until they have exited the
chute. There will be an area on either
side of the chute that is for meet officials only!
There will be bottled water for
RUNNERS after they leave the chute.
