2. Print a hard copy of your entries before you send them to the IHSA and bring that hard copy to the seed meeting. If you leave any entry line left blank online—YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ADD! (Terms page 3, III. F.)
3. Entries: An individual may allowed to enter up to four (4) events. A contestant becomes a participant when she reports to the Clerk of the Course or the Field Event Judge. (Terms page 8, VIII. C 1 and 2.)
Only the entries/names submitted online for all relays will be allowed to compete—NO CHANGES! (Terms page 8, VIII. C 2a.)
Coaches may change or scratch runners at the seed meeting. This must be done upon arriving and BEFORE final heat sheets are printed for each event. (Terms page 3, V. C.)
Changes at the meet will be only be allowed because of disciplinary action confirmed by the school Administrator (Terms page 3, V. C 11.)
Any contestant who competes in more than four (4) events shall forfeit all individual and team points earned in any events she competed in. (Terms page 8, VIII. C 3.)

7:00 PM Role Call: Pass out entry lists that were downloaded from the IHSA
office. All coaches should make a final check of their official entries. If you have not already done so, now is the last opportunity to make changes or corrections to your team’s entries. Remind the coaches that only individual times, individuals, and relay times may be changed. Individual entries left blank at the time of the on-line entry may not be filled in now. Relay team members may not be changed.
Identify member schools who have not sent a representative to this meeting or that did not notify the host before the meeting about not attending. IMPORTANT: As per the terms and conditions (T&C Item V-B-2), please seed all teams that have entries included in the IHSA electronic folder. Contact Ron McGraw tomorrow morning to identify any school that is not in attendance at the required seeding meeting.
A. Collect the entry sheets and start reseeding.
B. Introduce the meet referee--Glenn Cothern and starter--John Peasron and Asst. Starter—Rob Pacey. And allow them to address the coaches.
C. Ask for volunteer officials
from each school (2) to help fill in vacant positions. PBL will try to fill as many
spots as possible, but may need help in some areas. Finals assignments will be made at the seed meeting.
D. Elect games committee (Jury of Appeals) and IHSA sectional Representative.

Team areas---No camps on the football field or the North Bleachers or behind the south bleachers by the shot or discus
Restricted Area---No spectators or athlete not competing inside the football fence.
Shot/Discus---There is a restricted area by the shot and discus. No electronic devices inside this area or inside football fence.
Staging Area---Tent on East end. All races will stage here.
Relay Cards: Coaches may provide these, but the online entry list will be used when checking in runners.

Distribute and review the heat sheets for errors. Explain to the coaches that they have the right to challenge times and distances, and that times and distances must be able to be verified (T&C Item V-C-5).
