Practice 3-4:30 (no school—teacher workshop)

3 and 2 workout

Tuesday

August 21

Practice 3-4:30 (no school—teacher workshop)

10 400s on the hill—cool down

Wednesday

August 22

Practice on your own—1/2 day school

30 min controlled fartlek

30 min open fartlek

Thursday

August 23

Practice 3:10-4:30 at HS

1-1.5-1 workout/4 400s

Friday

August 24

Practice

3 mile run on your own
