Principals’ Minutes

November 3, 2004

1. The meeting started at 8:20, all schools were present except: Clifton Central and Gibson City Melvin Sibley.

2. Mr. Koehl of Blue Ridge made a motion to accept (seconded by Mr. Maurer of CPCI) to accept the September 1, 2004 minutes as presented. The motion carried unanimously.

3. Mr. Uphoff of Fisher presented the Treasurer’s Report. The SVC has a balance of $2988.26 as of November 3^rd. Mr. Hawkins of Iroquois West made a motion to accept the Treasurer’s Report (seconded by Mr. Maurer) The motion carried unanimously.

4. The volleyball tournament report was presented.

5. The Honor Band will be held at Blue Ridge High School on Monday March 14, 2005. There will be a meeting of the Band Directors at Gibson City Melvin Sibley High School at 2 pm on January 13, 2005. (Snow day 1-20-05)

6. Scholastic Bowl Questions will be purchased for the varsity only this year.

7. The IHSA Amendment proposals were discussed and a reminder was given that Principals have to attend a Town Meeting this month.

8. The meeting adjourned at 8:45 am.
