Awards:           First, Second and Third Place Team Trophies.  Medals and Ribbons For 1st To 6th

                       

General Information:

            There Will Be No Showers Or Lockers.

            There Will Be Restrooms.

            Only 1/4 Or Less Needle Spikes Will Be Allowed.  No tape!—there will be chalk at each event.

Please Do Not Make Camps On The Football Field!!!

            There Will Be No Prelims.  All Races Are Against Time. 

            All Field Events Will Be Four Throws Or Jumps, No Finals.

Entries due—10 am on Thursday May 6th—after that time only scratches can be made at the meet.

General Information

 

·                    Please No Camps On Football Field!!!

·                    ¼ or less Needle Spikes

·                    Field Event Contestants Must Report Out To Go To A Running Event And Must  Return ASAP.  Please Coaches Help With This, Especially In The High Jump.

·                    The Long And Triple Jumps Will Be In Flights.  Long Jump on east end, Triple Jump on west end.  Each Jumper Will Get 4 Jumps. No Finals. 

·                    Opening Height For The High Jump Will Be tba

·                    Each Thrower Will Get 4 Throws, No Finals.  There Will Be A Time Limit.

·                    All Races Against Time. 

·                    The 400 Relay: Will Be Run In Lanes All The Way. (yellow to yellow)

·                    The 800 Relay:  Will Be Run In Lanes All The Way.  (red to red and then yellow to yellow on last exchange)

·                    The 1600 Relay:  3 turn stagger (blue to blue).

·                    The 3200 Relay:  The Start Will Be In Alleys.  All Exchanges Will Be California.

·                    Results And Awards Will Be Mailed At A Later Date.

·                    We Will Call/fax The News-Gazette, Pantagraph, Danville Comm. New And The Kankakee Paper.  If You Have Any Other Paper That You Would Like Contacted, Please Supply The Fax Number.

·                    Scoring  10-8-6-4-2-1
