General Information

· Please No Camps On Football Field!!!

· Needle Spike Only On Runways.

· Field Event Contestants Must Report Out To Go To A Running Event And Must Return ASAP. Please Coaches Help With This, Especially In The High Jump.

· The Long And Triple Jumps Will Be In Flights. Long Jump Will Be First, Followed By The Triple Jump Each Jumper Get 4 Jumps. No Finals.

· Opening Height For The High Jump Will Be 5’.

· Each Thrower Will Get 4 Throws, No Finals. There Will Be A Time Limit.

· All Races Against Time.

· The 400 Relay: Will Be Run In Lanes All The Way.

· The 800 Relay: The First Two Legs In Lanes The Third Runner May Cut. The Last Exchange Will Be California.

· The 1600 Relay: The First Leg In Lanes, The Rest Can Cut And Will Be California.

· The 3200 Relay: The Start Will Be In Alleys. All Exchanges Will Be California.

· Results And Awards Will Be Mailed At A Later Date.

· We Will Call/fax The News-Gazette, Pantagraph, Danville Comm. New And The Kankakee Paper. If You Have Any Other Paper That You Would Like Contacted, Please Supply The Fax Number.
