General Information:
There Will Be No Showers Or Lockers.
There Will Be Restrooms.
The Track Is Hadite, Up To 1/2 Spikes May Be Used.
Only 1/4 Or Less Needle Spikes Will Be Allowed On The Long, Triple, High
Jump Runways.
Please Do Not Make Camps On
The Football Field!!!
There Will Be No Prelims. All Races Are Against Time.
All Field Events Will Be Four Throws Or Jumps, No Finals.

ASAP. Please Coaches Help With This,
Especially In The High Jump.

The Long And Triple Jumps Will Be In Flights. Long Jump Will Be First, Followed By The
Triple Jump Each Jumper Get 4 Jumps. No Finals.

Opening Height For The High Jump Will Be 5’.
·
Each Thrower Will Get 4 Throws, No Finals. There Will Be A Time Limit.

All Races Against Time.

The 400 Relay: Will Be Run In Lanes All The Way.

The 800 Relay:
The First Two Legs In Lanes The Third Runner May Cut. The Last Exchange Will Be California.

The 1600 Relay:
The First Leg In Lanes, The Rest Can Cut And Will Be California.

The 3200 Relay:

Exchanges Will Be California.
