Principals’ Minutes
1. The meeting
started at 8:20, all schools were present except St. Thomas More,
2. Introductions were made. Mr. Flaherty informed the Principals that
Roger Roberts was in the Northwestern hospital in Chicago, if interested in
sending cards please contact
3. The minutes of the May 5, 2004 meeting were
presented. Mr. Hawkins of Iroquois West made
a motion to accept, (seconded by Mr. Colba of
4. Mr. Uphoff of Fisher presented the Treasurer’s Report. The SVC has a balance of $1570 as of
today. This amount does not include $30
from track entry fees and $480.80 from remaining SIA monies. Mr. Uphoff reminded the Principals that dues
of $200 were required this year. Please
send them to him at Fisher as soon as possible.

5. A site for Honor Band is needed. Mr. Lindy of GCMS and Mr. Flaherty of PBL will
check with their band directors. The

6. Mr. Hawkins asked the need for monthly
meetings since there would be less to do since the existing SVC would not exist
in 2 years. It was agreed that the
October meeting would not take place and that the next meeting would be November
3rd. (calendar)
7. A reminder to send numbers for the SVC Social
on September 8th was given by John Overstreet. Information is online.
8. A reminder was given to send directory
information to John Overstreet as soon as possible. Please check online for instructions.
9. A reminder was given to send rosters for volleyball and football to John
Overstreet.
