Re:  All Conference Meeting

 

The 2003 All Conference meeting will be held on Tuesday October 28th at 7:00 pm at the Caddyshack/Willow Pond Golf Course in Rantoul.

 

The meal is $15 and includes the meal and tip.  Please make checks payable to the Caddyshack.  The meal includes: rib eye, potato, salad, vegetable and rolls.  Please let me know by noon on Friday October 24th the number from your school that will be attending.  You are responsible for the number you send me.

 

The nomination forms for all conference are online at the above address.  Please fill this out and return to me by 9:00 am on Monday October 27th.  You can email (jeo259@hotmail.com) or fax 217-379-2491.
