Explanation of Survey and
Results
I can filter the
survey in different ways, but this format allows for you to see the whole
survey and the option to see responses from each school. If you would like to see different filters,
email me and I will see if I can create a report that works.
1. Click on the survey you want to view results
for.
2. This will bring up a web site that has the
complete results in “bar graph” format. This
will be 10+ pages and will have the complete overall results.
3. You can view “other” responses by clicking on
the little icon in the question. This
will open up a page that defaults to 10 responses; you can increase this number
by changing the box at the bottom. Click
on the “find” icon and it will open and show the complete survey for that
school.
4. Click on the “Browse Responses” on the top
right of the page. This will take you to
the complete results by school. They are
in the order that they put online and not in order of school or anything. You can either see the name of who filled out
the survey, their conference or legislative district in the first 3 questions.
5. You can print individual responses for the
schools you want to view. Or you can
save them to your computer by clicking on save or save as—depending on what
version of Internet Explorer you are using this will be in different places. You may need a WinZip program to view some
files.
6. To go between the survey summary and browse
responses click on the icon at the top of the page.
