SANGAMON VALLEY VOLLEYBALL TOURNAMET

IROQUOIS WEST HIGH SCHOOL

October 17^th & 21^st, 2006

On behalf of Iroquois West High School I would like to welcome you to the 2006 Sangamon Valley Volleyball Tournament. Iroquois West will host 3 preliminary matches on October 17^th and the Finals on October 21^st. Please refer to the Pairings and Brackets on the SVC Tournament Page:

Following is the information that will assist you in visiting IW for the tournament.

Admission

Adults $4.00 Students $3.00

No Conference or School District Passes will be accepted.

Hospitality

There will not be a hospitality room during the tournament, but school and tournament officials are welcome to sign concessions out of the concession stand. Cost of those concessions will be passed onto the SVC so be conscious that proceeds of the tournament go towards the SVC Scholarship Fund.

Locker Rooms and Benches

Dressing rooms and benches will be assigned upon team arrival. Coaches please make sure all team equipment, personal items, food and coolers are kept in each team’s assigned locker room, NOT ON THE GYM BLEACHERS. Please do not allow your teams to “set up camp” in the bleachers. We do not allow drinks (including water) in the bleachers areas of our gym. Please make arrangements for your players to protect valuables. We will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.

Parking

We request that busses proceed south through the football parking lot off of 3^rd street and drop off at the gym doors. After dropping off proceed around the block onto 2^nd St. and Maple St. and enter the school parking lot on E. Park Ave. and park by the bus barn on the west side of the school. Busses can pick up at the gym door entry when they are ready to leave.
