General Rules/Policy

1.  Admission:  $4.00 Adults  $.00 Students There will be only one admission charge on Saturday.

 

2.  Passes:  No passes will be honored.  This includes the SVC pass.

 

3.  Pass list:  A pass list of up to 30 names should be sent to John Overstreet by Monday October 15. 2007.  Each team will have to check in each night.  Please tell your coaches to have the team go thru the pass gate!  (click here for pass list) (online)

 

4.  Noisemakers, bells, signs, etc…will not be allowed.

 

5.  Second games on Tuesday and Thursday will start warm-up as soon as the first game is over.  Please plan your leave times accordingly.  On Saturday, games will move ahead in the morning.  The afternoon session will start at 1:00 pm.

 

6.  Please send your program information to Cissna Park High School by Friday October 12, 2007.  He will use the roster online, so please send any updates to John Overstreet.

Parking:  East and west of the High School.

 

Locker Rooms and Benches will be assigned each night:  You are responsible for your personal items. 

 

Hospitality Room:  There will not be a Hospitality Room—coaches, administrators and bus drivers may “charge” items at the concession stand in both Paxton and Gilman.  Please do not abuse this, the profits help pay for Scholarhips.
