Directions to Gibson City Melvin Sibley Schools

Take Route 9 west out of Paxton to Gibson City.

High School—Football, Basketball, Volleyball, Softball—(both HS and JH), Track—(both HS and JH),

Take Route 9 into Gibson to the stop light—Sangamon Ave. turn right, north and follow this thru downtown to the school. The softball, track and football field are on the left, the high school is on the right. To go to Volleyball or basketball—you will need to go 1 block east to park.

Junior High and High School—Baseball

Follow the same directions as above but go to the T in the road, the fields will be just ahead of you.

Junior High---Basketball, Volleyball

Take Sangamon Ave to the T, past the High School. The school will ahead of you on your right.

You could also take the first right turn in Gibson City, Route 54 and follow this to 13^th street and turn left and to Church Street and turn right for the high school, go to Sangamon Ave and turn right for the football field, track and softball.

If you take 54 for Junior High Sports, take it to the last left turn, the Gibson Area Hospital turn, turn left and then left at the first intersection and follow this past the Hospital and the school will be on the right.
