Directions to St. Joe

There are several ways to get to St. Joe.

The most direct, but also means driving in the country with high corn and unmarked intersections.

Take Route 45 south to Ludlow, turn left at the county road, go 3 miles and turn right (County Road #2100) go south on this road until you get to Route 136, take the slight jog across the road and continue south to Flatville. Continue south, St. Joe will be about 10 miles. Once in town and across the interstate, you will turn right at the second street. There are “Spartan head” painted on the road. All fields and games are here at the high school.

Another route is to take Route 45 to Thomasboro and turn left on the Flatville road and take this to Flatville, in Flatville you will turn right at the church and follow this road to St. Joe.

You can take Route 45 to Urbana and take I-74 east to St. Joe and turn right off the exit ramp and follow the directions above.

Or take I-57 to I-74 East and go to St. Joe.

Junior High CC meets are held at the grade school:

Go past the high school to the 4 way stop, Route 150—turn left, east and turn right on the street just past the Casey’s. Follow this for 4-5 blocks. The grade school will towards the south end of town. There also are ball fields there too.
