Directions to Spring Valley—Modified based on Charter Bus Service Route

From Paxton:

Take Route 9 west to Route 115. Turn right, north onto Route 115, take this to Piper City—Route 24. Turn left, west, follow Route 24 to El Paso. On the west side of town, take Interstate 39 North.

There are several options from Interstate 39:

Option 1:

Take I-39 to I-80 west—take the Spring Valley/Ladd Exit 70—go south into Spring Valley. The school is by the McDonalds.

Option 2:

Exit at Henry Exit (#41), go west on Route 18 to 4 way stop, then right, North on Route 89—this will take you to Spring Valley in about 15 miles. This was the recommended Route by the Spring Valley AD.

Option 3:

Exit Route 71 (#51), go west on Route 71 to Route 89, turn right, north on Route 89—this will take you to Spring Valley in about 5 miles.

Option 4:

Go north to Route 6 Exit (57), take Route 6 west to Spring Valley. This way will take you thru more city traffic and is not the quickest way.

If you take Option 2 or 3, you will go across the Illinois River Bridge as you come into Spring Valley. At the first stop light, turn left onto Route 6, Dakota Street. Take this west for 7 blocks. At the McDonalds, take a left and then another quick left and the school will be just past the McDonalds.

If you take Option 3, then at the stop light, stay on Route 6 for 7 blocks and turn at the McDonalds.
