What & Who

The Paw Power Book Award is a program that is designed for our school by our school and is run by our own students.  This is a chance for students to nominate their favorite book(s), many of which would never be considered for an “official” award.

To be nominated, the book must meet the following requirements:

  1. The student must fill out a nominating form, found in the library OR click here - limit 2 nominations.

  2. The book must have an existing AR test or there must be one available at the time of nomination (determined by Mrs. Dulaney).

  3. Any author (living or dead) may be nominated.

  4. Any series is acceptable, but if it's part of the series, the book must be able to stand on its own.

  5. Any subject or type of book may be nominated.

  6. The book must already be either at the PBL Junior High Library.
