Chemistry In Your Home Chemistry is a part of our everyday life. Chemistry is used to understand batteries, diseases, and vitamins. Use the following sites (or find your own) find information about how chemistry affects your world. Use google (web or image search) to find new sites. Lesson 1 1. Include information about the future of this type of product. 3. For one item determine the chemical formula and/or chemical diagram of one of the important molecules in the substance. If a process is described, such as how a battery works, include a balanced chemical equation. 4. Use a digital camera to take a picture of the objects you choose to investigate. For a process, such as yeast causing bread to rise, include a picture of the actual process occurring. return to Chemistry activities |
