PBL Junior High School hosted its Fall Concert for the band and chorus programs on Tuesday, October 21st, in the junior high gymnasium. The performance began at 6:00pm and drew a wonderful turnout of family and loved ones to watch the young performers.
Junior high band director Mrs. Dayna Breen and junior high chorus director Mrs. Tiffany Howard expressed their pride and gratitude for their students, who successfully showcased their talents. Following the concert, a light reception with cookies and lemonade was held in the North Foyer.
The school truly values and thanks all the parents for their continued support of the students involved in the band and chorus programs.

Junior High Musical: Alice in Wonderland, Jr.
Be sure to attend the 2nd Annual Junior High Musical, Alice in Wonderland, Jr.! Junior high chorus director Mrs. Tiffany Howard and her students are working hard on the upcoming performances.
Opening night is Friday, November 7th, at 7:00pm in the PBL High School Gymnasium.
The second performance will take place on Saturday, November 8th, at 7:00pm in the PBL High School Gymnasium.
The third and final performance will be on Sunday, November 9th, at 2:00pm in the PBL High School Gymnasium.
Admission is $5 at the door, and concessions will be available for purchase. All students, staff, parents, family members, and community members are invited to attend.
Veterans Day Ceremonies
The High School Band, directed by Mr. Joshua Breen, will be putting on several Veterans Day Ceremonies in different locations throughout the district and community on Tuesday, November 11th.
In the morning, the band will perform at Clara Peterson Elementary at 8:30am and 9:00am for students and staff.
The group will then travel to Accolade Healthcare Paxton Senior Living (450 E. Fulton St.) to perform for residents, starting around 10:15am.
Finally, at 12:45pm, they will perform in the PBL High School Gymnasium for junior high and high school students and staff. Community members are welcome to attend the High School Veterans Day Ceremony, and seating will be available.
