Join us this Saturday for an evening of community, connection, and learning! The Down Syndrome Awareness Group invites you to our Down Syndrome Awareness Event to help promote inclusion and understanding.
Event Details
Date: Saturday, August 22nd
Time: Doors open at 5:30 PM
Location: The Cadillac (108 W State St., Paxton, IL 60957)
Dinner: Pulled pork barbecue meal served with mac and cheese, slaw, baked beans, and chips (free will offering taken for the meal).
Special Presentation: At approximately 6:45 PM, we will show a 25-minute video sharing the joys and challenges of raising a child with Down Syndrome, highlighting how we are all more alike than different.
Bring your family and friends—we look forward to seeing you there!
