Our athletes performed exceptionally well yesterday! We are thrilled to announce that Bailey Luebchow and Kyla Franckey have advanced to the Finals. Bailey will be showcasing her skills in the Pole Vault, while Kyla will be competing in the 3200-meter run. Both have worked incredibly hard to reach this point, and we couldn't be prouder. Congratulations to Bailey and Kyla on this outstanding achievement, and best of luck at the Finals!

Kourtney Bradd, PBLEA Secretary & Tim Hess, PBL High School band director attended the IEA Friends and Advocates Banquet in Urbana. PBLEA honored Tim Hess for his years of service in the PBL school district. Tim will be retiring next week after 25 years as the PBL High School band director.

Senior Awards Night is Tuesday May 21st at 7pm in the Common's. There will be refreshments served starting at 6:15. All seniors and their families are welcome!

On Wednesday high school students took a field trip to Aurora, IL. Students explored art on the Aurora University campus and took a tour of their art gallery, the Schingoethe Center. The current exhibit explored the connection between art and particle physics. In the after school students attended Beautiful: The Carole King Musical at the Paramount Theater! It was a great day full of new experiences!
