The PBL High School and Junior High is seeking a qualified musical accompanist service individual and/or provider to support our dynamic high school and junior high choral programs for the upcoming academic year in 2025-2026. If you or your service provides skilled pianists and you are interested in partnering with our high school and junior high chorus programs to enrich our students' musical education, please complete the following Google Form.

Congratulations to the PBL FFA Chapter for placing 2nd at the Section 17 FFA Ag Business Management Contest. Team members include Hudson Larson-2nd Place Individual, Emily Bormet-7th Place Individual, and Shay Duffin-8th Place Individual. Students in this event completed an assessment on agriculture business strategies. The team will compete at the state event on May 1.

Congratulations to PBL FFA for placing 4th in the Land Use Council 6 Envirothon Contest. Team members include Emily Bormet, Maddison DeOrnellas, Johnathon Richardson, Ally Wright, and Cheyanne Zook. The team worked together to complete written tests over the areas of aquatics, forestry, soils, wildlife, and a current environmental issue, which changes each year.

Congratulations to PBL FFA, who placed 3rd at the Section 17 Food Science competition. Team members include Brayden Kief 3rd place individual, Savannah Jones-8th place individual, Isabella Cross, and Faith Lusk. Team members take a written examination of food science concepts, identify food safety and quality issues, solve food science math problems, and identify food samples through sensory evaluation. Participants also worked as a team to create a food product.
Congratulations to the PBL FFA Chapter for placing 1st in the Section 17 Horse Evaluation contest. Team members include Rowan Caposieno-1st individual, Briana Bachman-4th individual, Daniel Boston, and Kyleigh Williams. This team competed at the State Event and received a Blue Rating. Participants used their knowledge and interest in equine sciences to evaluate conformation traits and performance of horses. The event included halter and performance classes.
