Huge congrats to our 15 State Scholars! That's DOUBLE last year's number! These students represent the top 10% of HS grads in Illinois. They've shown exceptional academic achievement and dedication to their studies. We're incredibly proud of their accomplishments and excited to see what they'll achieve in the future!

AP European History students explored the evolution of art from the Middle Ages to the modern era at the Art Institute of Chicago, analyzing its connection to historical events.

Join us for the PBL Music Holiday Concert on Sunday, December 8th at the PBL High School Gymnasium. The PBL Choral Boosters will run a concession stand during the event. There will be pizza available for purchase from 4:00 - 6:00 pm! We hope to see you there!

Freshmen Boys BB vs Monticello scheduled for today is postponed. We are working on rescheduling.
On Thursday, 12/5 Girls BB will play varsity first with JV to follow at Westville. The varsity game will start at 6 pm.
We did a "Hear Me Out Cake: Villain Edition" where students had to analyze the complexity of a famous villain to explain how their actions or motivations can be viewed as "good" in some context. Examples ranged from Draco Malfoy from Harry Potter, Oogie Boogie from The Nightmare Before Christmas, Loki from Marvel, and Maleficent from Disney. It was a "sweet" way to end the week before Thanksgiving break!
