PBL is hiring the following positions for the 2020-2021 school year. * Elementary Special Education (LBSI endorsement) * Junior High Special Education (LBSI endorsement) * School Social Worker * Elementary Teacher * Junior High Instrumental Music * Elementary Special Education Successful candidate will possess a valid Illinois PEL that has been registered through ISBE ELIS and Champaign-Ford Regional Office of Education with an LBSI endorsement. Position Description: self-contained special education teacher who will work with students in Grades K-2 who have a wide range of abilities. Desired candidate will be able to implement communication disorder and essential skills programming and implement programming for students with a variety of eligibilities, and collaborate with general education teachers and support staff such as OT, PT, social workers, and building and district level administration. * Technology Specialist Preferred candidate will possess a valid Illinois Professional Educator Licensure that has been registered through ISBE ELIS and Champaign-Ford Regional Office of Education that has a technology specialist endorsement. This position will assist with 1-to-1, perform minor maintenance of technology, student instruction, and lead teacher technology integration. This is a 10 month/200-day contract position. * Maintenance Worker Successful candidate will have knowledge and experience in installing and repairing of electrical, plumbing, small engine, and automotive maintenance. Candidate should also have knowledge and experience operating various types of small construction equipment. Spraying license not required but preferred. Good Morning Panthers, Today is National Teachers Appreciation Day! I encourage parents and students to send an uplifting note, email, or social media post to our amazing teaching staff. I want to thank our teachers for their service to our students and communities.
